Production Process<\/span><\/h2>\n

  1. Raw Block Selection. Professional inspectors check raw marble blocks one by one, screen out blocks with hidden cracks, obvious color difference and mineral defects, only high quality intact blocks are reserved for further processing.   2. Slab Cutting. The qualified blocks are cut into big slabs with target thickness by large diamond saw machine. After cutting, workers clean slab surface and do primary visual inspection to eliminate surface chipping defects.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Surface Polishing. Slabs go through multi head automatic polishing machine to achieve uniform glossiness for polished finish. For honed or matte surface, we adopt special fine grinding process to get non glossy soft texture without damaging natural vein structure.<\/span><\/li>\n
