Calacatta White Engineered Quartz Stone Slabs for Kitchen Countertops and Island Tops
Every decorator is always cautious about the selection of the cabinet countertop. But quartz stone is not only used as a cabinet table, but also can be used in the floor, bathroom, wall and other places. However, the price of quartz is slightly higher than that of other surface materials.
Quartz crystal is a natural mineral whose hardness is second only to diamond in nature. Its hardness can be as high as 7.5 Mohs hardness. The quartz content in quartz slab is as high as 93%, and its density is high. As a result, quartz slab faces the pressure of decoration and daily use.
After high pressure shaping, the quartzite surface material plate adopts non porous structure, which is effective in pollution resistance, acid and alkali resistance, easy to clean, and makes bacteria have no place to hide. It can directly contact with food, and is safe and non-toxic. The high-quality quartz slab adopts natural quartz sand and is purified and impurity removed in the manufacturing process. Only quartz and resin additives are reported to ensure no radiation pollution of quartz.
Featuring a warm white backdrop and delicate through-body veining, this look is the essence of elegance for white quartz countertops, floors, islands, shower surrounds, backsplashes, and more. Create the kitchen of your dreams with this sought-after quartz.

Installation steps and precautions of quartz kitchen countertop panel parts
1. Before installation, it is necessary to check the flatness of the on-site cabinet and the floor cabinet, and check whether there is no error between the required installation table and the on-site size. If there is any error, it is necessary to re process, trim or adjust the cabinet.
2. When installing the countertop, you need to keep the distance between the countertop and the wall. Generally, the gap is as much as 3-5mm. The main purpose of leaving this gap is to prevent the hot expansion and cold contraction of the countertop and cabinet from stretching. After the installation, you need to glue the gap.
3. If you need to install the sink and other devices, first of all, you should make some local trimming of the water on the table, and knock to check whether it is suspended. For some small suspended shapes, we can add some glue at the back and bottom of the stone to fill. For some serious irregularities, you need to stop the construction and adjust the cabinet to a flat state.
4. For some L-shaped countertops or ultra long countertops, some strong glass clips can be used to clamp the extrusion gap of the countertops when necessary, and the gap must be cleaned.
5. In the bottom of the water bar of the cabinet, evenly apply some glue for color matching, which is used to adhere the water bar. Do not use connection colloid such as dolomite glue, so as to prevent the cracking or fracture of the table caused by too tight bonding after bonding.
