Production Process

1. Raw Material Selection: Select premium intact Gohara limestone blocks from quarry, inspect block internal structure, eliminate raw materials with large cavities, dark stains and penetrating cracks.
2. Gang Saw Slab Cutting: Use gang saw machine to cut large stone blocks into standard big slabs according to required thickness.
3. Hole Repair & Reinforcement: Fill natural small cavities with matching stone resin; add fiber net reinforcement on slab backside for thin slabs to improve structural stability.
4. Surface Grinding & Finishing: Grind slab surface step by step. Default honed matte finish; can also make brushed, antique tumbled or polished surface according to customer requirements.
5. Quality Grading & Inspection: Workers check slab surface one by one, classify different grades, record texture and color, take slab photos for customer pattern selection.
6. Custom Cutting & Edge Processing (Optional): Mark cutting lines on slabs following project drawings, use bridge saw and CNC machine to cut tiles, panels, stair treads, and make edge profiling.
7. Surface Protection & Export Packing: Paste protective film on slab surface, fix slabs vertically on heavy-duty A-frame wooden racks; cut tiles are separated by foam and packed into solid wooden crates for overseas shipment.
