Production Process

1. Block Selection: Professional quarry inspectors select premium raw granite blocks. We strictly screen blocks to pick materials with stable color tone, minimal natural fissures and consistent vein distribution, rejecting defective blocks with cracks, color spots or mineral impurities to guarantee the quality foundation of finished slabs.
2. Block Cutting: Heavy-duty multi-blade bridge saw machine cuts the selected large blocks into big slabs according to the customized thickness requirement. Cutting precision is controlled within tight tolerance to ensure uniform thickness across the whole slab.
3. Resin Filling & Reinforcement: For tiny natural micro fissures on slab surface, we apply high-performance transparent stone resin, then cure and polish the slab. This procedure effectively strengthens slab structure, reduces breakage risk during later processing and transportation, while keeping the natural texture fully visible.
4. Surface Treatment: Carry out surface processing as per customer requirements. Polished finish creates mirror glossy surface to highlight the depth of green color and clear vein; honed finish brings soft matte touch; flamed finish creates rough anti-slip texture specially for outdoor flooring.
5. Strict Quality Inspection: Our QC team inspects every slab piece by piece. Check color consistency, surface scratches, cracks, flatness, thickness tolerance and vein presentation. Unqualified slabs will be sorted out and rejected before next processing step.

   We use fumigated solid wooden crates. Each slab is wrapped with plastic film, corners protected by foam pads, slabs fixed inside crates with wood blocks and steel straps to avoid shifting, collision and breakage during long ocean transportation.
6. Can I get free samples for quality and color checking?
   Yes, small tile samples are available for free. Customers only need to cover the courier freight cost. We can send samples to your office for color, texture and surface finish verification before placing bulk order.
