Production Flow

1. Raw Slab Selection: Our experienced stone inspectors carefully pick qualified Jade Green big slabs from block storage yard. We thoroughly examine color tone consistency, vein continuity, tiny cracks and mineral quality slab by slab, classify and separate slabs into different groups based on vein styles and color depth, to match different project design requirements.
2. Slab Calibration: Raw slabs are sent into automatic slab calibrating grinding machine to level both top and bottom faces, strictly control uniform slab thickness tolerance within ±0.5mm, to make later tile and countertop installation much easier.

4. CAD Nesting & Precision Cutting: Based on customer construction CAD drawings, our technical team carries out optimized nesting layout, then use bridge saw and 5-axis CNC machine for precise cutting. Smart nesting design helps maximize raw slab utilization rate and save customers’ total material cost.
5. Edge Fabrication & Hole Drilling: Perform customized edge profiling works including straight edge, bullnose edge, waterfall edge, ogee edge etc. Cut sink cutout, tap hole and overflow hole for vanity tops and kitchen countertops. All edges will be polished smoothly to prevent chipping.
6. Pre-assembly & Full Inspection: All cut stone pieces will be pre-laid and assembled in our workshop. We check vein continuity, overall color difference, dimension accuracy and surface defects, remove defective pieces and replace with matching spare slabs before packing.
7. Cleaning & Sealing Protection: Fully clean stone surface to remove dust and cutting residues, then apply high-quality penetrating stone sealer. The sealer can effectively prevent water stain, oil mark, efflorescence and minor scratches during transportation and daily usage.
8. Packing & Container Loading: Big raw slabs are wrapped with plastic protective film and firmly fixed inside fumigated wooden bundles; finished countertop and cut-to-size products are packed in solid reinforced wooden crates with foam padding for edge protection. Then goods will be loaded into shipping container under our supervisor’s monitoring.
