For cut-to-size tiles and countertops, we wrap corners and edges with thick foam strips, cover the whole product with soft foam sheets, then fix them firmly inside fumigated wooden crates, and mark shipping marks and slab numbers on crate surface, effectively lowering breakage risk during long sea transportation, loading and unloading.

Production Process

1. Raw Slab Selection & Sorting: Select qualified Magic Rainbow granite slabs from stock yard, classify slabs according to red shade, vein density and slab size, eliminate slabs with cracks, pits, loose grains and discoloration, group slabs for book-match projects.
2. Drawing Review & Confirmation: Receive customer CAD drawings, confirm slab quantity, cutting dimensions, vein matching requirements, sink cutout shape, hole diameter, edge style and 45° miter angle for waterfall panels, send production drawing for customer confirmation before cutting.
3. Nesting Layout: Optimize cutting layout on slabs reasonably, maximize material utilization rate and help customers control project cost.
4. Precision Cutting: Use heavy bridge saw to cut raw slabs into blank pieces strictly following confirmed sizes.
5. Cutout & Hole Machining: Process sink cutouts, cooktop openings, faucet holes and other auxiliary holes with water-cooled CNC router, to prevent thermal cracking of granite.
6. Edge Profiling & Miter Cutting: Machine required edge shapes, finish 45-degree miter cutting for waterfall splicing panels.
7. Surface Grinding & Polishing: Grind progressively from coarse grit to fine grit, polish surface and edges to reach target gloss for polished finish; adopt corresponding abrasive tools for honed, brushed, leather, flamed and bush-hammered texture treatment.
8. Gluing & Repair (If Needed): Repair tiny natural fissures and surface defects with color-matched granite glue, re-polish after glue curing for invisible repair effect.
9. Full Quality Inspection: Check dimension tolerance, flatness, edge smoothness, hole accuracy, vein consistency, surface gloss and surface integrity.
10. Cleaning & Sealing (Optional): Clean cutting dust and mud thoroughly; apply penetrating granite protective sealer as requested and fully air dry.
11. Protective Export Packing: For slabs: vertically place into fumigated A-frame wooden crates; for finished countertops & tiles: paste foam protection on corners, wrap foam sheet, fix inside solid wooden crates, mark shipping marks and slab information.
